All Paisley Peacock Home furniture is hand made to order in our own factory located in High Point, NC. Your new furniture is Made in America by a culturally and ethnically diverse group of hard working Americans that have been building furniture for generations.

Yes, yes, a thousand times yes! Not only do you need to ensure your new furniture will fit in the room and space desired, but you also have to make sure it can make it through the front door, down the hall, up the stairs and around every corner. Unfortunately furniture doesn't bend so you must ensure adequate clearance for all pieces to traverse your home. Unfortunately, "doesn't fit" doesn't qualify for a return or refund so measure carefully!

Once we receive your order, we will order your fabric (if not already in stock) and start to build the frame. Once all the pieces and parts are in place we will upholster, pack and prepare for shipment. Construction can take up to 6 weeks since we are custom making each piece to order. Once completed we will arrange shipping and advise you of the shipping plan. Unfortunately, shipping furniture isn't as easy as shipping a box of crayons so it's going to take a bit longer than your normal online purchase. Depending on location, deliveries typically occur 7 - 10 days after leaving our factory. Remote and distant locations may take longer. We can not promise nor guarantee delivery times - please plan accordingly.

All items (except beds) are shipped fully assembled and ready to use. Headboards are built with solid wood legs into which your existing bed frame can be screwed or bolted - hardware is NOT included. For beds - you will need to attach the three bed "rails" together and attach the rails to the headboard using the enclosed wood screws. All beds are "test assembled" in the factory prior to shipping - holes are marked to make it easier to locate. For all sizes of bed - the shorter of the 3 upholstered rails is the foot end of the bed.

All of our furniture is made to order and for that reason we can not accept any returns nor exchanges. Once your order ships, it is yours to keep. Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Any damages that occur during shipping must be documented with photos of the un-opened packaging and the damaged portion of the furniture within 24 hours of receipt.
